I feel I need to apologize for a bit of confusion surrounding the yearbooks.
As it stands, tomorrow (Friday the 19th) is still the deadline for ordering Personalized and/or Dedicated yearbooks. The yearbooks must be ordered online through our PTAvenue store. I understand that this process can seem a bit daunting or time consuming, but we made this change in an effort to streamline our accounting and to limit the number of lost or incorrect dedications. BAH HUMBUG (I know!)
Here is where the confusion is – and I apologize for this part not being communicated very well! When you go online to order ANYTHING (PTG membership, yearbook, spirit wear) you only have to place your order online. You do NOT have to pay for it online if you do not feel comfortable doing so. If you do not want to pay by credit card online, you must write down your order number and name on a piece of paper and attach it your payment (cash or check), and put the payment in the PTG drop box in the main office. I am sorry that this was not clearly explained as an option for payment. Many people have successfully used this option, so I hope this helps out a bit.
FYI – Standard yearbooks (with NO dedication or personalization) will remain on sale until March 20, 2015.
