  • Box Tops are back. Please start saving your Box Tops. Box Top Deadline is Friday, September 12th.This is one of our easiest fundraising opportunities. The grade level tubes will be out in the MPR this week, and your students can start dropping their Box Tops off. As always, we challenge each grade level to try and out-do the other!

  • Tuesday, September 2nd – Before and After School – Purchase your NED Yo-yo. Prices are $7, $10 or $15 dollars. Cash or Check – made out to Salt Creek PTG – are accepted.  Never give up! Encourage others! Do your best!

NED Yo-yo Sales

  • Tuesday, September 2nd & Wednesday, September 3rd In front of the School – The NED assembly wraps up its Yo-yo sales this week, but we hope that our Mountain Lions remember the lesson. Never Give Up, Encourage Others, Do Your Best!

Mission 2 $ave

  • Wednesday, September 3rd7:30 am in front of the school – Once again, Mission Federal Bank is here to help our Mountain Lions learn about the importance of saving. Kids can open accounts and make regular deposits without even going to the bank every Wednesday for the entire school year.

Scholastic Book Fair

  • The Scholastic Book Fair is coming soon, but we have had to make some changes to the date. Please stay tuned for an individual post announcing those changes! Thank you.

Coffee Chat 

  • Thursday, September 11th8:30 to 9:30 am in the MPR – September’s Coffee Chat with the Mrs. Perez will be all about Safety. Are you concerned about safety, but can’t attend a morning chat? Don’t worry. October’s chat will be at 6 pm and will follow the same topic.

Fall Festival Meeting

  • Friday, September 12thnoon in the MPR – Fall Festival Planning Meeting.

BOX TOP Deadline 

  • Friday, September 12th – Turn in your Box Tops to the grade level tubes in the MPR by this date.

1st Quarter Parent/Teacher Conferences

  • September 11th to September 19th – More information about these conferences will come home with your child. Times and places are arranged independently by each teacher. Early dismissal will happen on these days. School will get out at 1:15 pm.

Fall Festival 

  • Friday, October 24th5 pm to 8 pm on the blacktop – Fall Festival is one of our biggest fundraisers. This event includes candy, food, games, a DJ, dancing, laser tag, cookie decorating, face-painting and an incredible silent auction. Kid’s are encouraged to dress up Halloween style. Wristbands will go on sale soon. Stay tuned for more info!
