Verification of Residency

It’s that time – come in and show proof of residency for the 2014-2015 school year.  To ease congestion in the front office, we will be accepting residency on the following days by the initial of your last name:

  • Tuesday, May 27            I-P                8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 28       Q-Z               8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Acceptable Documents:

One current document from the list above must be provided.  The document must have a due date or mailing date of May 23, 2014.  Past due bills are not accepted.    Please bring your picture I.D.

Please verify residency by June 6, 2014 for your child’s name to be placed on a class list for the next school year.  If you do not do so, we will assume that you are not returning to Salt Creek.  Also, if your family is moving out of the Salt Creek area, please let the office know as soon as possible.

Due to Salt Creek being an impacted school, new Zone Transfers, including for siblings, are not being accepted.  Zone Transfer Renewals are being approved as long as families are complying by criteria for annual renewal.  Thank you for your understanding.

If you have any questions about residency or enrollment, please contact the school office at (619) 397-5494.  If you are unable to come on your designated day, don’t worry, we’ll still accept your verification!
